Moshe Lerech

CPA - Managing Partner.

Moshe has extensive experience in internal auditing and SOX, as well as providing financial management and treasury services. Additionally, has a rich professional experience in auditing companies across all sectors of the economy, including public and international companies, IPO support, taxation and preparation of financial reports for the Securities Authority in Israel and the United States, client support with tax authorities, and managing audit teams. Holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Served as controller in a company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Alsoworked as an audit manager at a leading accounting firm in the USA.

Alexandra Maron

CPA - Managing Partner

Alexandra heads the firm’s professional department, managing and leading audit teams. Throughout her professional career, she has gained extensive and diverse experience in auditing leading companies across various sectors in the economy, including public companies and international corporations. Her areas of expertise include IPO support in Israel and abroad, internal auditing, SOX standards implementation, advanced taxation, and auditing of public bodies, local authorities, and non-profit organizations. Alexandra specializes in preparing financial reports for securities authorities in Israel and the USA, and provides guidance to clients in their dealings with tax authorities.

Marina Tsitre

CPA - Partner

Head of Israeli and International Taxation, specializing in trust establishment and client support with Israeli tax authorities. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Ono Academic College and a Master’s degree in Legal Studies from Bar-Ilan University. Marina has extensive knowledge in auditing and treasury services for companies of various operational scales in trade, industry, high-tech, and services sectors, as well as experience in auditing government companies, non-profits, and SOX auditing.

Avi Levy

CPA - Partner

Avi Levy, CPA, combines financial expertise with technological leadership in the firm. As a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting and a holder of CISA certification (Certified Information Systems Auditor), he has gained extensive experience in providing financial management services to international high-tech companies, internal auditing, and taxation for individuals and corporations. His activities include developing advanced technological interfaces and implementing innovative control systems, ensuring the quality and security of client information while adapting to evolving regulatory requirements.
